We aim to make checkout clear and secure.
Currency and accepted methods
Store prices and checkout totals are displayed in USD unless another currency is explicitly shown. The payment methods currently available—including PayPal when enabled—are displayed at checkout. A method is not available for an order unless it appears there.
Authorization
By placing an order, you authorize the selected provider to charge the displayed total. Orders may be held while payment, billing details or fraud checks are reviewed.
Security
Payment credentials are encrypted and processed by the selected payment provider. Dermess does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own servers.
Declined or duplicate payments
If payment is declined, verify details or contact the payment provider. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge and may be released automatically. Contact service@dermess.shop if two completed charges appear for one order.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to another account. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
